1. About Us

Light and Shadow Media is a Singapore-registered corporate entity ("we", "us", "our") providing premium video production services and live event experiences. Our website is located at lightandshadow.media.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of tickets to events organised or facilitated by Light and Shadow Media.

2. Ticket Booking

When you book a ticket through our website:

• You must provide accurate personal information including your name, email address, and phone number.
• Seat selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats are only confirmed upon full payment.
• A booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your email is correct.
• Each ticket is valid for one person for one event only.
• Tickets may not be resold or transferred without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking made in error or in breach of these terms.

3. Payment

All ticket prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees. We do not charge additional booking or processing fees.

We accept payment exclusively via PayNow, processed directly through our United Overseas Bank (UOB) corporate account. No third-party payment processors are involved.

To complete payment:

• You will be presented with our UEN and the exact amount payable
• Transfer via your bank's PayNow service using the UEN provided
• Include your booking reference number in the transfer remarks

Payment must be completed in full before your QR code e-ticket is issued. Seat reservations without completed payment may be released after 24 hours.

Once payment is received and verified, your QR code e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.

4. E-Tickets & Entry

Upon confirmed payment, a QR code e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address. Please ensure you:

• Present your QR code (on phone or printed) at the event entrance for scanning
• Arrive within the event admission window — late arrivals may not be admitted at the discretion of event staff
• Keep your QR code confidential — each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once

Light and Shadow Media is not responsible for QR codes that are lost, stolen, or shared. Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied entry.

If you do not receive your ticket email within 24 hours of payment, please contact us immediately.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The event is cancelled by Light and Shadow Media and not rescheduled
• The event is rescheduled to a date you cannot attend and you notify us within 7 days of the announcement
• A duplicate payment has been made in error

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal circumstances (illness, travel disruption, etc.)
• Failure to attend the event
• Tickets purchased incorrectly (wrong event, wrong seat tier)

To request a refund where eligible, contact us at info@lightandshadow.media with your booking reference number.

6. Event Changes

While we make every effort to deliver events as advertised, Light and Shadow Media reserves the right to:

• Change the event programme, lineup, or running order without notice
• Change the event venue with reasonable advance notice to ticketholders
• Postpone or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or performer unavailability

In the event of a cancellation, ticketholders will be notified by email and refunds will be processed as described in Section 5.

7. Conduct at Events

All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Light and Shadow Media and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:

• Is under the influence of alcohol or substances
• Behaves in a disruptive, aggressive, or threatening manner
• Violates any venue rules or applicable law
• Attempts to record or broadcast the event without authorisation

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Unauthorised recording, photography, or livestreaming of events may be prohibited. Please follow instructions from event staff and venue signage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Light and Shadow Media shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your attendance or inability to attend an event
• Loss or damage to personal property at the event venue
• Personal injury at the venue, except where caused by our negligence
• Technical failures of third-party payment or email systems outside our control

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, video, and design — is owned by or licensed to Light and Shadow Media. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed by our crew for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify a staff member at the event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
